Got my new cadac all singing,dancing yestarday hubby came home got it out had a play it looks fab,on reading instructions i found that i had a leg bag missing so i emailed them late last night to see what to do.

they mailed me back first thing this morning to say theres one in the post for me.now thats wot i call good service.a++++++

We got a note in with ours saying they no longer did leg bags. If there is one I want one too.

hi there i just went on cadac home page and clicked on contact us then emailed them ,telling them my bag was missing,they emailed straight back and said one was in the post.it came next day,altho i must say the legs only just fit in the bag,but at least it keeps em together.

I contacted Cadac UK directly & they have sent me the gas adapter , legs bag & heat resistant glove Free of charge without a  quibble
