We love our luggeable loo! very comfy (and nice and high!) and it doubles up as a side table during the day (we put some rather nifty sticky back plastic over the luggable loo advert on the side!)may seem expensive but will last for years

A Question.

Do I keep walking to the toilet block or invest in BWL.  But what do I put in it. Which do you prefer and is best, most cost effective and easiest to transport and use.

1 Water and Zoflora. But you need to walk to toilet point and tip out.

2 Biodegradable cat litter.  Enviromentally friendly. Does it keep the smell down and does it take up space in car. Where do you dispose.

3 Nappies. Not eco friendly.

4 Luggeable Loo Doddle Bag/ Pett.  Eco fiendly but expensive to use I would guess and where do you dispose.

Advice please

If you use the WAG bags from the PETT system with a Luggable Loo (which is exactly what our friend does) once used the bags can be sealed up and disposed off in the normal rubbish - they are fully biodegradeable and meant to be disposed of that way

The luggable loo sits straight into a rubber trug & a gas bottle fits into the loo for transporting, the only improvement I can think of is a luminous seat to help aiming in the dark but Pat reckons I would still miss.

We use the lugg loo and use bio-deg swing bin liners from S'burys aith cat pine freash wood pellets in. They are bio-deg too. Soaks up real good and never smelt. I just tied the swing bin liner together then throw in trash. Also like mentioned before you can fill it with eqp. We fill ours with our lanterns.

Would'nt be without it now. Oh and its silent when u go to the toilet. SO no-one knows your going.

i love mine!! bought last year when my daughter was toilet training and she gets up at 5'30 every morning for a wee, i kept having to get dressed and dash across a field with her...not anymore!!! i use it once in the night and the 2 little kids are allowed to use it...hubby and older ones are not!! (blokes don't seem to care about conditions) at the moment we are using up the wagg bags but they are very expensive just to wee in although good, so once they are used up we'll be going on to cat litter...gas bottle fits in it for travelling...SMART!!!

Another vote for the luggable loo here. We do the liner/cat litter method and have done so for the years we have owned it. It really is a god-send in the middle of the night when the heavens open and you wish to stay dry. We all use it 2 adults 2 children. Because of its size it is just right for 1 camping gaz bottle and some small soft padding when in transit in the trailer.

Wouldn't be without ours.  Perfect in an emergency and for when it's raining or too far to make it to the loo block first thing in the morning or in the middle of the night.

We use the cat litter method and it's never let us down.

We travel with our gas bottle stored in the loo!

Another vote here for the luggable loo. Is great when raining and for the middle of the night especially when you have kids.

We use a dash of Zoflora in ours and empty at the disposal point, so no messing with bags and litter.

When transporting we have it lined with a black bin liner and put the gas bottle and the delta pegs in as they can be awkward to transport.
