hi done some research on kelly kettle and ghillie kettle ordered the ghillie like the idea off the whistle .reviews very good . just more stuff to add to kit lol this site costing me a fortune .you just keep finding things . i love the idea of this it will be handy for brews dishwater e.c.t. thats my exuse anyway bought it hubby for xmas lol. feel better about it that way. we will have no cash for camping at this rate paying off the camping bills .we keep saying thats it now still saying it 20 years on . it cost 35.74 pound delivered.

Sounds great! Maybe I should put it on my list too! I also like the idea of a whistle to let you know it's boiling.

I have also spent a fortune on camping stuff, latest buy a delonghi mini oil filled radiator for a trip coming up soon. I'm a fair weather camper ususally, but might just go off in a couple of weeks and see what this winter camping milarkey is all about!

i think it will be great .the kettle with whistle and you get a bag to put it in and you no in life we all want a bag to put it in as the saying gose lol. you could spend your money on worst things . its always handy to have . it a boys toy lol . got it hubby towards xmas preasant . and bought him this thing off ebay it a shoval axe knife and other things all in a pouch lol and a flint thing on a chain for lighting fires . cant think off anything else he needed he lives for his camping . and he 50 in jan so at that age you have most other things .oh but he wanted the new x box 360 for his birthday so bought him that he is a big kid at heart lol.back to kettle i will put it on my metal dishwash stand so it dose not scortch the grass . and buy the wood sticks from garage .so i dont smoke site out i hope lol. hubby said we can use it up the top end off garden take tea bags water up there well why not all good fun .

hi all the ghillie kettle arived this morning it fab .it was very well packed got the 1.5 ltr it makes 6 large cups comes in its own little rucksack .going to try it later when hubby comes home from work so i will let you no .thinking off getting the little fry pan grill and small pan. instead off taking sandwiches up the fells .we could take some bacon eggs sausage. yum its as light as a feather.on sight i will put it on my metal dish wash stand get a brew going why we are setting up. going to just buy a bag off the sticks you see at the garage through them in the car . till i get use to what you can burn. we are going to keep it in the car on a permenant basis so when we go for days out we could use it . to be honest its lighter than our flask.cant believe in all the years off our camping we have never come across these . this is why this site is so fantastic all giving each other help and advice

did not have chance to try the kettle last night dark when hubby came in from work. but i have just ordered the little cook set for it back to one off my post thats explains things . you no that i just have to have it lol . i thought well when would we use it . and you start to create a reason for when you may use it just to make your self feel better lol. so i have come up with this are you ready. this is a good one .i will keep it in the car so when we go on a day out we could have a bacon butty lol .hows that for a reason for buying yet another item we dont need lol. when we camp its like all off us i have large cooker bq again blame this site seen a pic and fell in love with from sonjap fotos lol.had to have one .but as we say its a cute little thing and it makes me smile . so there you go i will just look at it. its not just me i am sure that dose these things let you into a seacret . i nurse i used to work with on twice the money i was on used to say right denise what should we buy this month we need a bit off interest free buy now pay later its what keeps us going she said that way we can see what we are killing ourselfs for every day lol so i am going to blame her it makes me feel better lol
