I purchased an aerobed active last week in part thanks to the reviews it has had previously on here.
Unfortunatley when inflating for the first time i found battery pump didn't inflate the bed to a firm enough level for me. The pump is suppossed to give a "high pitched whine" when it has inflated to the correct level which it doesn't do either. So i assume its a faulty pump or there is a slight leak in the airbed which is preventing it getting up to pressure.
Either way i want a replacement or refund (particulary as it was £70). I went on there website and found they don't have a phone number advertised. (school boy error on my part really, i was always told not to deal with internet companies that don't give address or telephone numbers on there website) so i used there contact us email system to relay my problem explaining i would need a replacement for this friday.That was 5 days ago and despite me sending several emails still no response.
Yesterday i checked my emailed invoice and found a phone number at the bottom of it for aerobed. I have rung this several times and it goes straight through to an answer phone system. I have left messages on here asking for a urgent reply but to no avail.
Any ideas what i do do to resolve this ?
