Their website tells me things are in stock, they tell me to expect a next day delivery which nearly a week later hasn't arrived, they don't answer the phone or emails . . . . . . . . what's a guy to do?

I know - post here & save others the disappointing experience. Steer clear one & all.

I wish I had read your post. We plan to go skiing at the weekend and placed a large order last weekend. Everything was "in stock" but has still not been dispatched. There is no response to my emails and no-one answers the phone.
