I was given a thermos grill2go gas barbeque but there appears to be a bit missing, the jet assembly which I think pushes into the side of the unit and is held there by a spring clip. Also, there is no manual. The donor (my auntie) has no idea what I'm on about.
Has anyone got one of these and maybe knows where I can get parts, and can possibly post a photo of the jet assembly so I can see what I'm missing. And maybe digitise the manual and post that as well.
Thanks for the reply but when I open that web site & cascade to the 'grill2go original' the page, if there ever was one, is unavailable.
I've googled the web & come up with that site before.
If you've got one of these I'd be very grateful if you could take a photo of the jet assembly which I think is probably at the other end of the gas hose that the regulator will be on.
And if you could find the manual,....well that would be great!
Do you have the bit on the other end of the pipe from the regulator or is that the bit that is missing. If you can be a bit patient I'm not sure it its in the Big shed, little shed, loft or garage. I will have to send his nibs in with a whip & a chair to see if he can find the beast, then a photo will be no probs.
Talking about the said beast its a smashing piece of kit. We usually set it up in the garden for the summer and it was usually late breakfasts cooked on it fried eggs & the lot

Hi, we have been having the exact same problem. I think it is called the flow control valve, but can't find one anywhere.
Extremly cross, as we paid £50 in November for it, and as it came with no gas, have only just tested it and found the problem. We trusted the seller, who said they had tested it all, and it was complete and in full working order. We were also not given the shelves for it.
