I've got a Campingaz Camping Chef and Campingaz Party Grill Combo LP - both of which I run of 907 bottles.
Can either (or both!) of these run safely off different gas
such as standard patio gas or bbq gas bottles if I change
the regulators ?

Sorry it is a Campingaz Party Grill Deluxe Combo LP - the
one with the built in stand rather than the one that
screws direct onto the bottle - else the question does not
make sense !

Yes, if they are not the sort that screw directly on to the bottle you can run them off any sort of butane or propane. You will have to buy a new regulator to match the bottle you are using.
