Sorry, but I don't understand - low pressure hose is made for use with a regulator - calor, campingaz etc. High pressure hose is for transferring unregulated/high pressure gas/liquid at cylinder pressure. Please tell me where it states that it is "not recommended and could be dangerous" to use low pressure hose with a regulated low pressure gas supply - in this case to connect the regulator to the cooker - this is what it is designed for.
The cooker is sold from new with low pressure hose suitable for connection to a range of 28mb regulators - (the reason it says 907 is because obviously they are recommending their own gas product).
From a practical point of view, high pressure hose is generally stiffer and less flexible so can be a pain when trying to pack your stove up.
