I bought a groundsheet off them last year and they INSISTED on sending a better spec one as they were out of stock for two days and so couldn't do next day delivery, despite the fact that I said that I was happy to wait the 2 extra days. Marvellous company.

I ordered some back in feb and as already said arrived next day. I ordered 9 metres of the seconds and have not yet found anything wrong.
