Have not got anything to help other than the advice of ringing Aldi direct. If the keys are universal as you say then surely the manufacturer would be able to send you some direct. Have always found Aldi really helpful.
I lost the keys to my Halfords roof box but found that there was a number printed on the actual lock. I contacted Halfords and quoted them this number and within a week they had got me a new set of keys.
Worth a look at your lock to see if there is a code and a manufacturer as I'm sure the box wasn't actually made by Aldi so you could contact the maker.
If you don't get any joy from Aldi try a local locksmiths, they should be able to cut you a key if you give them the number on the lock. Make sure they are a proper locksmiths though and not just someone who cuts keys as a sideline to other things like shoe repairs etc.

If thet are universal whats the point of locking it lol. Anyone with same box can have it away with it
Problem is it's currently locked, only lock it to stop it flapping open !! ( I think i might even have a spare in the box !)
We have the Aldi roofbox, but OH and I have so many keys on our keyrings that are the same, that I don`t know which one is for the roofbox! I will ask him tomorrow and see if ours are numbered the same as yours. If so we could post one down to you so you can have spares cut and then post ours back up to us. Does that make sense or should I stop drinking the vino?
