Hi chaps and chapesses

Going to the lakes next weekend with the missus and 2 kids, aged 8 and 3. It could possibly be a cold weekend. Would any of you guys recommend leaving an electric heater on all night to keep the kids warm. Or could you suggest anything else.

cheers Banjoman

Hi

We always use a 2kw fan heater on a low setting which we keep on all night. Our daughter is 7 yrs and is always very comfortable. It certainly makes all the difference!

Enjoy your camping - I'm feeling envious

Our fan heater caught the bedding and it started to singe and without our smoke alarm we might not be here to tell the tale.

We now have an oil filled radiator from Halfords.

We use a skirting heater from Argos. Perfectly quiet running, slim & lightweight to fit in the car easily, and as safe as any electric heater can be, so we've left it on in the bedroom pod all night.
