Hello, No expert, but the mini oven we just bought is 1200w - which I think is about 5.2amp (correct me if I am wrong). Got from Wilkinsons, 14.99, cooks and toasts up to 250c with a timer, practiced with nuggets and chips (kids wanted) steak and garlic bread and so far impressed.  Small and lightweight.

We try to be carefull with the hookup and would not run this with other appliances running.  If carefull should be fine.   We have used a george foreman grill and griddle before and never had problem with site electrics, but are really cautious to turn other things off.

You're spot on swampmonster

That little oven is great, although obviously limited in what it can take.

The larger fan oven that Lidl have from time to time offers a lot more if you have the space to accommodate it. It's fine for sites that have at least 10 amp EHU.

I have one of the Lidl mini fan ovens. It uses about 1500 watts in total. It has a switch so that you can use top bar only ( 3.4 amps ). bottom bar only ( 2.9 amps ), or both on ( 6.3 amps ). We use it several times a week, for toast, pizzas, burgers, pies, and even shepherd's pie. Definitely a very good buy.

Phil.
