We bought a Coleman 'loveseat' last year.  Tested it at home and found that if you didn't sit right back it tended to fall forwards, but still decided to take it on our summer hols. Pumped it up, kids sat in it, and within 5 minutes it had punctured at the seam.  Hence to say it spent the rest of the holiday in the boot of the car and was returned to the shop on our return.  We have gone for two of these.

Very sturdy, comfy and because they are flocked seem warmer!

I think I might give the Coleman 'Loveseat' a miss and try one of the other sofa's, I like the thought of chucking hubby on it if he snores too much (good idea Domino) - LOL!

I really want one of those - makes it so much easier to sit up in bed and read - but think the back will be too high where the bedroom pod slopes in.

They look fab though.

 

We brought 2 sofas and a u-chair.  We love them for both pack-size, comfort and the "home from home" appeal that you want when you go "glamping"  - no roughing it here.  I fully expected to have to chase leaks at some point in time - and after 1 week that's exactly what I am doing.  My advice and experience is this: if you really like them then buy them, but before you sit on them apply seam grip (loads of) in the seat seam and back joins (costs about £12 for 2 tubes on 2 sofas - yes, that much glue please) and then use inflatable boat sealer on the inside for extra strength (£35 covers 2 sofas).  If done well then the sofas should be robust enough - but in their delivered form they are not.  You would be forgiven for saying "my goodness, that's a lot of money and time", but the simple truth is that we think they are worth the hassle - but hassle they can be.  Everyone who has seen them and tried them loves them.  Coleman need to do a bit fo work on these and charge a bit extra. 

Bought 1 sofa, with the intent of buying another. Not as sofas, but as a luxury chair for one. Just inflated the thing for the 2nd time, in my living room as it's more comfortable than my sofa, and after about 20 minutes, there's a high pitched whine, followed by a hissing sound and there goes the back to seat seam.

I weigh around 13st and we haven't ever loaded the thing up with two people, so this is obviously a manu fault.

Back to GoOutdoors tomorrow with the receipt then. Such a shame as they are so comfy. I'm probablly going to accept a replacement and hope.
