Hi all ,

I need some help regarding tv picture transmitted.

when watching sat tv in the caravan most of the programmes are in a letterbox format,is this normal or can i do something to fill the screen up ,the tv is a flat screen 15". there is a zoom facility on the tv which alters the pic but the zoom box stays on screen .

Hi i think you need to look at your tv manual  or  sat manual it should tell you in them how to sort out or down load manual off internet ,

does your remote have a  16/9 button , this changes the aspect from 4/3 format to 16/9 format and vice versa.

On the Sky Remote if you press Services > Setup > Picture Settings you will find the options to change the aspect ratios of the picture.
