Have heard of the make Thetford (think that is right) but Argos sell one for around the £70 mark from Camping Gaz.

Is this an okay one? We go away on holiday next Saturday and are thinking of buying one but can't get anywhere to buy one but can get to Argos in Town. All advice welcome

I dont think you can beat the Thetford Porta Potti,plus spares are available for them,but can you get spares for the other makes ?? if anything gets broken.

Stick with Thetford....they are deffo the best on the market....and you will get a goodun for £70....you don't even need to spend that much....

Have a look for a caravan centre on route to your campsite,give them a bell and ask if they can save you one, and then pick it up on the way.

Have just put in the make on the interent and found one review which was rubbish so have decided to have a run somewhere tomorrow possibly Don Valley at Doncaster and if they have none will go to Sheffield to Towsure.

Give them a bell first and see what they have got in,you wont have a wasted drive if they have not got what you want,but most places always seem to keep them in stock, Thetford are the best and as I said if you have any mishaps you can get spares for them.

We have had a Thetford but do prefer the flush on our elsan visa potti.  Similar price as the thetford and again are good for spares.  Towsure have both makes and more in their Sheffield store.
