last year we took two cars when we went camping, my wife and the kids (we have four of them) in the C8 and me in a renault clio which was full of the main tent items (Kyham Ridgi Pod Ex etc).
Weve decided this year its time we invested in a trailor, now ive been looking around for the past year or so, and have pretty much settled on the Duuo Plus as we dont have off street parking or a garage, so any trailor will need to be stored in the back garden whilst not in use and the plus appears to give us plenty of space.
This brings me on to my questions. The first, and obviouse one is has anyone got any experience of these trailors (good, bad indiferent) or has anyone got any other recomendations that i should look at?
The second is are there any driving license restrictions i need to be aware of to be able to tow this type of trailor? I've tried looking at the DVLA web site etc, but just end up more confused than when i started, I understand the general highway code rules of not excedeing 60Mph, not allowed in outside lane of motorways etc.
The third question is does anyone know of a good place to get and have fitted a tow bar for a Citreon C8 in Powys and if so which sort of tow bar should i be looking at?
The fourth and hopfully final question is are there any Trailor essential items that i also need to bear in mind (security devices, etc etc).
