Hi.

We've got the argos type ones aswell.  We went for these as they seem a bit sturdier plus we find we can store suitcases, crates etc etc underneath.

I'd go for the argos ones. We got 2 of them after going through airbeds for fun (it seemed every time we went camping, one of us needed a new airbed). Had them for 2 years now and we wouldn't be without them and as mentioned earlier, they are great for storing stuff underneath.

Also, consider getting one of those self inflating mattresses or similar to go on top. They give extra comfort as well as extra insulation from the cold underneath you.

The other ones have just arrived and are SO easy to put up, my 4 year old could have done it! Comfy too

but also check out the Argos fishing chair that was mentioned the other day, reduced from £40 to £27, that looked very comfy if not a little big for camping with all our other clobber lol

I looked at the cheaper argos ones but as they were for the kids, I didn't like the corners on them and thought it would be an accident waiting to happen

Give me a minute and I'll test the camp bed and get back to you  lol

Mmmm, I'm not a small person and it was lovely. The make is sunncamp and I'm impressed for £21.90. It was very stable and really easily to set up, take it out of the bag and unfold, pips!

They're way easy and safer corners for the kiddies than the cheaper ones. Like the idea of not pumping 2 airbeds up now but that they'll be off the floor. Will still have fleece blankets under their sleeping bags because they like to feel very cosy!

As for ordering/delivery... hey emailed after payment and said would Wednesday be ok for delivery (Bank Holiday delayed it). I replied and said yes, arrived safely this afternoon.

Job done, credit where it is due : )

Well , thanks for all info, made OH look in the end as couldnt make me mind up ( as usual ! ) and he reckoned try the argos ones, if they were no good could take back, but needn't have worried, they are GREAT! Really sturdy and dead easy to put up, at 14.99 each in the sale a good buy too I reckon  My 7 year old is laid out on one watching a film as I type!

Roll on our next trip..

Thanks guys x
