Does anyone know if the doors on this tent zip all the way around including zipping to the ground sheet

Depends where you mean - the front canopy door zips run either side and this part of the groundsheet isn't sewn in.  After that, the door to the dome of the tent has 2 zips from memory, 1 that runs across the bottom, connecting it to the groundsheet and then one that runs around the door to the top which means you can have the bug screen still connected if you want or you can unzip the whole thing.  Hope that makes sense

Was thinking of getting one, but not totally sure.How does it stand up to the wind and rain and are there any things about it that are not right or could be better?

We have camped in wind, rain and sunshine (though not recently!) and the tent has never leaked. In fact, we went to view in the pouring rain and chose this one because it was the only tent that hadn't leaked!

Seriously, can't recommend it enough. It is a big decision but you won't regret buying this tent.
