Hi all,

i'm new here, but have a definate question... i've noticed that the costs of Calor Gas are considerably cheaper than that of CampinGaz, and was wondering if I am able to run my CampinGaz Chef Double Burner cooker on Calor Gas, and if so, what type of calor gas is better, and what do i need to make the switch?

I would have thought as long as you have the correct regulator and hose for Calor connecting cooker and bottle it should be ok. But i am sure somebody else will be able to confirm this

Yes you can run it on calor, i suggest the 4.5 Kg for camping, the blue one, butane is my choice unless you intend using it in extreme cold, then the Propane (orange) is more suitable, as said previously, get the correct regulator
