As already said, you will just need a freeview box. If you get a good signal with your aerial now then you will receive digital transmissions with it.
We are switching over in November this year. Several large retailers and a certain digital TV company have received warnings for misleading people into thinking they will need a special digital aerial or will need to change to satellite. There is no such thing as a digital aerial, although in a very few cases in poor reception areas a high gain aerial may be required.
