thanks to the advice on here we managed to remove the butane regulator with no issues.

The bbq we bought already has a propane regulator fitted, and it isn't very keen to be removed from the pipe.

Is the easiest thing to do to get some propane gas instead, and is it possible to take a Calor 7KG bottle to somewhere that refills/swaps them, and ask for a propane one instead?

If not, what is the trick with getting the pipe off the regulator? We have removed the jubiliee clip, but it doesn't want to budge.

Guess I could chop the pip off, and just have a slightly shorter length of pipe to use for the butante regulator?
