Hi, this is my first message on here, but I have been a regular reader over the past few weeks whilst preparing for my first camping trip next week. The information on this site has been soooo helpful, I'm hoping someone can help me with this small problem!

I ordered a Kampa Evo Ice House 5 day cool box from the internet but had it delivered to my parents' house as I am not at home during the day. It arrived yesterday and I asked my Mum to check it but she can't work out how to open it. She says there are no instructions (maybe they are inside?) but she can't work out how to get the lid open.

It says on the website "it has a sealed locking lid".

Can anyone help????

I think when they say it is sealed, they just mean it has rubbers on the box and the lid to form a seal. You probobly just need to pull harder because of the vacuum that has been caused inside the box.

......................................maybe????

Yes, i have one, and i was puzzled when i first got mine,  It's the handle that locks it closed, and also unlocks it,  basicaly if you pull the handle down to one side of the box, it locks it,  and if you pull the handle to the other side of the box it unlocks it,

hope this helps
