I've found Go Outdoors really good in-store and really rubbish online.  In my case, just like yours, my order sat on “picking” for 2 weeks.  I eventually managed to get out of the people at the end of the phone that a) they’d had a new till system that week and b) that there was only 2 people to process all the orders!  I also found out that all the internet orders are picked off the shop floor of the Coventry store....a quick phone called to Coventry (answered straightaway!) gave me the answer I assumed, that they were out of stock...but the stock delivery was due in 2 days time.  I then cancelled the web order, drove over to Coventry and collected them – saved myself the postage.
