Hi Guys

Newbie here! :)

I've just purchased an old'ish Raclet Jade trailer Tent, but the Bedroom Inner linings are missing, I was told to go to Raclet for them but I am having trouble getting information out of them, ie. they either dont call me back or don't return my mails.

I'm sure that the Trailer Tents are great but the customer services is not the best!

Any help on the linings would be great

But answereing Alan's question, I have attempted to contact Raclet on 4 different occasions and they just don't seem to be very helpful

Yes Raclet are slow at replying to questions etc.

They always seem to be on trade conventions!

I've just tried them again and guess what! :( ...Yep Trade convention!

Getting a bit desperate now aswell, i'm going away next week!
