Well, they are two very different chairs. The camper de luxe is very upright and stronger looking, the moon chair is more of a flop about one! I think chairs are very individual and ideally you need to try one first to see if it suits you or not.

Just to mix things up a bit, I saw this one http://www.worldofcamping.co.uk/shop/Detail.asp?ProductID=1991 in a shop the other week, tried it and bought it! Fabric and padded to make it feel more comfy like the monchair, but with a bit more shaping to the seat. Also, its a bit higher in the back so it comes up behind my head but NB i am quite short - the headrest thing might not work for a taller person. MT

We've got the camper deluxe chairs, and while they are comfy, if you go camping in the colder months - the arms are freezing! The only fault I have with them. (I suppose the reverse is true in the summer with them getting hot). Not something I even thought about when buying them.

Sorry, forgot to say, the quality is exellent. Had ours almost a year (lots of outings) and still are like new - unlike the eurohike cheapies we bought for the kids, I hate sitting on those.
