We got a Tesco Value one, it runs on either 1 KW or 2 KW. It is the Wattage you need to watch, not the voltage.
If you are on a 10amp EHU then you can use 2300watts. 1 KW = 1000 watts.
So if you are only otherwise running say a little fridge or coolbox, you can easily use a fan heater.
If you use other "heating" stuff like a kettle, toaster, hairdrier, microwave, then only use one at a time.
If you have a 16 amp EHU then you can use 3680 watts, and on a 6 amp EHU it is only 1380 watts.
Check what your appliances use, it is then easy to see what you should not use at the same time.
