 Need help we have a campingaz fridge which came with a TT we brought think it a few years old, but it doesn't work there is power going into the fridge but not making any noise or getting cold does anyone know anything about these fridges and would it worth having it fixed or just buy a new one. All advice welcome was looking forward to having a nice cold fridge to chill my wine so i can chill out and relax Ha...........

Depends, all sorts of ways why it doesnt work. I presume it's 3 way ,doesn't it work on gas?Try tipping it upside down over night then try it .Make sure it's level when on gas .Sorry but these are the main problems other users have had. There are a few threads if you look back for them.

If its a 3 way fridge it could be on the wrong setting on the right there should be a rocker switch for 12 volt or 240 volt showing a battery and a plug the battery is 12 volt and the plug is 240 volt,on the left there is the gas switch or knob and a igniter,it will need to be level to work,also if you put it on gas the rocker switch on the right should be in the middle,to light on gas set the gas knob to the small flame indicator press it in and hold it in now use the igniter (coould be a switch or a push button one) also inside the fridge in the bottom left hand corner there isa spy hole to see it the gas is lit (about the size of a 1p piece)it wiil take awhile for the gas to come through,240 volt will only work on E.H.U.12 volt when useualy on your car connection,hope this helps

   Don't know just played with the switches. It working fine now. Was panicing for a moment need my wine chilled so can relax and unwind after putting tent up.

 We have a cool box but that for the food. Got to get priority right.
