Hi,
Thought I would post my poor service from GoOutdoors.
In prep for the forthcoming camping trip I purchased 4 kids fleeces from said company, website allowed me to choose item and proceed to basket then payment, order confirmed by mail then nothing....
Called them today to be told order cancelled as No Stock, no-one from GoOutdoors had informed me of this before today and as of 5pm items still available to purchase from their online webstore.
This type of service you expect from inexperienced web based companies but not an organisation such as GoOutdoors.
Lost me as a customer... rant over :-)
