hi im considering buying an electric cool box;

we have a small fridge in the van of course but cant get everything in it.....

can anyone give me advice when im looking at these or are they much of

a muchness. we;ve only recently started caravanning.....we have 12v (2 hole plug

sockets) and normal sockets in van. can i run one of these cool boxes off either?? or

are the 12 v just for cigarette lighters in cars????? many thanks

There are plenty of electric cool boxes out in the market.

All should run from your 12v cigarette socket. I've standard ones, big ones and ones that look like mini fridges with see through door.

All do a good job at keeping food and Drink Cool. Try any supermarket when they are doing promos or try independent car accessory shops around now.
