Hmm! Why do you want a stone wall effect wind break? I am not being inflammatory here - this is genuine curiosity. To me, the object of the device is to 'break the wind' (and - I don't mean farting BYS (before you start)!!) I would not care a fig what it looked like, provided it did the job.
You don't say where you are; I have seen them at the Forest Camping Centre at Three-Legged Cross, Wimborne Dorset. They also have the hedge-style windbreaks.

As Tricky0001979 posted above, the cheapest place i have seen is from Waudby's for £19.95 and they also do a price promise. These windbreaks use 30mm dia poles which is the thickest poles i have ever seen for this price and high quality too.
We have one of the Laural Hedge below, getting another one as well.
