Just been for a rather wet weekend in Exmoor and managed to spill red wine all over my air bed - one of those old fashioned red/blue rubberised cotton ones.

Anyone got any tips on how best to clean it? I'm assuming washing machine is not a good idea?!

The red wine will  stain it instantly and it probably won't come off at all. Just give it a wash over with a soapy cloth and rinse to get rid of the wine smell.

Try and wet it down with warm water and put some bicarbonate soda let it soak up the wine might not get it of though but maybe some of it.

Think this year is to follow old meet friends for 2014.
If you cant do someone a good turn, don`t do them a bad one,its nice to be nice you know, and little things mean much more later in life.
