Bought one of these for use this year and only used it on two trips so far.

The trouble is that the control knobs are only made of PE so something similar, so when you have the grill on and things heat up then they go soft and somethines you have to pull the knob off and resort to a pair of plyers to turn the thing off!!

I've emailed them to see what they will do about it and if it's a known problem, I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them

Nope it's all plastic :(

I could always get some different knobs or even turn some up out of alluminium of something, but I was surprised it was so poor design.
