Hi Vicky.
Do not clean the awning with household detergent or soap, it may affect the water resistant coating. Instead use warm water and a soft cloth or brush. Reapply a water resistant spray if necessary.
Regularly remove dirt deposits by wiping clean the (dry) canvas with a brush.
Mud skirts and windows are best cleaned using a sponge and dry cloth.
Allow stains on the canvas to dry thoroughly before removing them. First use a brush and if that does not work try using tepid water. If absolutely necessary use a cleaning agent such as this or this.
Use candle wax on zips if they get stuck.
