My slow cooker is now full of chicken tikka massala, must remember to unplug it and take it with us when we load the van later as it's tonight's supper. Mmmmmmmmm.........

I sometimes use hot and sometimes use cold liquid so I agree with everyone!!

The slow cooker I bought for the camper was a value one from Tesco (I think), dirt cheap and not enormous but plenty big enough for 3 and occasionally more.

Just to add, we got ours from Asda and it was about 7 quid (ish)

They make brilliant curries too!!

WOW  the slow cooker debate and i missed it!!!  Oh well.  What ever works for you is what i say but yes in most instructions it say cold liquid.  Just thought i would add my bit, i'm right peeed off anyway coz my OH won't let me get EHU so i can't take mine.  I think a nice stew might persuade him
