I have the outdoor revolution outhouse, which is a utility tent. I use it for cooking in and storing stuff, but you can put your loo in or hang a shower from a hook in the top. I think they retail somewhere round the £40 mark, but you can get them cheaper if you search t'interweb. Is that cheap enough for you? They pack really small too.

I believe (could check but it involves climbing into the loft!) the tent is 1.5m x 2m. They do come in bigger sizes, but not sure if there is one smaller than this.

Argos may start selling them again when their spring catalogue comes out and they are quite small and retailed around £20 this year. Assuming you can wait that long of course!
