Can anyone suggest a camping bed for the heavier person who is also 6ft3 he has gone through the upteenth airbed and now we need something for next year

PLEASE HELP AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH

OH has just told me that the best camping/fishing bed chair is the Nash Indulgence Wideboy although they are expensive, it might be best to look on the internet or google it.  Hope this helps.

We have Fat Airics and are very pleased with them.  As long as getting up from the floor is not an issue then they are very comfortable.   I'm 5' 10" and find it plenty long enough for me.  I can't comment on how comfy it would be for someone who is heavy though.  If you were interested, I'm sure you could contact the company (Alpkit) and ask for more information.  http://www.alpkit.com/airic/

I'm the best part of 16 stone and the Fat Airic is fine for me. As Gingerlily says they are very close to the floor but they are very comfortable and they virtually blow themselves up. I put six or seven puffs of air in just to get the right firmness.
