I looked at these, well the WAECO CAB 40 almost the same thing at around £150, but as my main use was going to be in Southern France during July, the -30 Deg C below ambient, was not going to be good enough, in the end I got lucky with a brand new WAECO CF-25 which is a compressor type and not Absorbtion althogh no gas option, for the same price, somewhat of an overkill as it can be set to go -18Deg C whatever the ambient temp is doing, also the CF-25 is smaller and will take less space up when packed than the CAB40, WAECO also do a compressor version of the CAB40 although it is not designed for portable use, but it is used that way by some folk. if you intend to use in UK then I am sure Eskimo will be just fine.
