Just brought one of these from the price drop channel - most disappointed as it does not imo have an acceptable user manual - I do not know wheter you put the food directly in, can you put water into the thig or do you have to put the food in a dish - sorry if I'm a bit thick but don't want to blow us up - does anyone have one an know how to use

Hi Sue,

We have just bought one from bidtv.com.  Have a look at the JML video (on their web site) for clues.  Alternatvely go to an american website (morningware.com) they have a downloadable Recipe book, cooking chart, etc.  Only problem is that it is in imperial ie lbs and feranhight (please excuse spelling)
