If so may be worth purchasing soon. According to the rep at the Manchester show the price will be going up in March due to the cost of raw materials. We bought one just prior to Xmas tho have not had chance to use it yet.
Cadac must be one of the few companies who intend to put UP prices in these economic times. Corus have announced their redundancies because of falling steel prices (among other things)
I'd be more surprised if the price didn't come down, as I suspect the retailers will be discounting prices.
I think prices of imported goods will have to increase as the pound weakens, it is costing companies more to bring products into the country and as i think that cadac are made abroad this may explain why there may be an increase. As hubby's company do import some products and he is really struggling to try and keep prices down.
Cadac is the best thing ever for cooking. I bought one in Italy two years ago, I cook curries, stirfrys, even bake scones its like being at home with a cooker. FAB FAB FAB....
