has anyone out there tried the Bradcot easy system awning poles, the brochure says "As easy as 1,2, 3...."

I would love to believe that the system is as good as the brochure says but would like some oppinions before I part with my hard earned.

All comments welcome.

Thanks

Mark

The "easy system" does go up easily and brings advantages in grouping the poles together, three groups in the case I know of.
Thats the plus features dealt with.

The Alloy poles are weak the one I know on a 900cm awning bending in bad weather. The friction telescopic slides also give too readily in buffeting wind and I suspect it was this relaxing of the tension that brought about the bending of the frame.

If its an alternative to an ultra light awning, for good weather only and your prepared to take it down if the wind gets up it would do.

However I would not spend money on another.
