Hi,

I am looking for my first tent, a family tent designed for 5-6 people although in reality there will only be 3 of us wanting comfort and space. I'm completely new to this and looking for a showroom where we can view some tents from companies such as Outwell, Vango, Gelert etc etc.

We live in Cardiff, are there any near us?

Hi.The nearest is in bristol  I am selling my 2008 vango orchy 600. It is in immaculate condition and comes with footprint. I also live in cardiff. If you are interested let me know. It was only used three times last yeat. Am selling it for 110.00.

abc camping in swansea have a nice showroom, if you just want to look. although i wouldn't recommend buying from them, in my experience they are not very competitive and very rude people. but if you fancy an hours drive i highly recommend http://www.somersetcamping.co.uk/ all the tents are pitched outside, very competitive prices and very nice people. good luck in your search.

I agree with reg, abc swansea, (next to Adsa) have a good indoor tent display, but don't buy off them.

 OBI is in cowbridge

JCP is port talbot, and

this one in bridgend, but  I don't know if any of them have tents up on display .worth phoning to check.

ABC at swansea - great show room,  Discover at Newport have some tents on display now, Gwent Camping at Newport has a great display too - so no real reason to leave Wales but if you do fancy a drive then Highbridge Caravans have plenty of tents on display.

Camping and Kite Centre, near Raglan Monmouthshire, usually about 30 tents on display and a friendly family business.

Another vote for Somerset Camping, they have aggod selection and are great to deal with.

Gwent camping in Newport used to have a big selection on display. Friends of mine bought one in Millets in Queen Street and had it delivered!
