               Maplin or CPC do a satellite cable adapter, it is aprox 10" long it is a flat piece of satellite cable, with a Female "F" conector on each end, the idea is that you can pop it through the window, and it still allows the window to close, simply trapping the cable, a more cosmetic solution is if your caravan has a TV (belling plug) entry socket, allowing you to plug a TV Aerial into from the outside, you can get a "F" socket to TV plug adapter, although this type of connection can loose you a lot of signal, a better way would be to change the caravan TV plug entry socket over to a "F" plug socket, both these second methods will involve by passing the caravans TV distribution unit (if fitted) along with any internal spliters, as satellite don't like being fed through some splitters, hope that helps. 

Hi, I just feed it in through the window and then close the window on it, been doing that for the last 3 years and had no problem.

You can buy purpose made connections but that would involve drilling, you can also get a flat cable to go through the window but I have never felt the need.

We use an external socket.  The receiver is sited in the front bedbox and connected to a coax socket that was already in the van.  We use a 'magic eye' for changing channel etc. which enables the sky remote to be used as normal.  They are very cheap.
