depends on the size of the van - ours is a 4 berth (alledgedly), but fortunately, father in law is a dab hand with caravans (experienced 'vanner & qualified mechanic), so he's made us a bed guard for our van as the guards on the market are designed for single divan beds. Perhaps, if you have a 4 berth with bunks, you could adapt a 'baby guard' (stair guard) to fit - Ikea do one that would have been big enough for our van, but it is a 20 yr old van.
It's down to measuring & research I'm afraid - but if it's a reasonably new van, then have a chat with the manufacturer - perhaps they can help.
------------- Bringing up baby to be a seasoned caravanner - we bought one to holiday cheaply - working well so far - & caravanners are lovely - helped us on our virgin voyage & our awning!!!
