LCD TV's are all 12V as the operating voltage for them is then stepped down to 5V internally. Most suppliers simply include a transformer to get from 240V AC to 12V as stated above
You can easily get the leads or make one up, the parts are all readily available.
One thing to be carefully of, the TV needs to be run from a stable, constant 12V so even though you are going to be connecting it to a 12V leisure battery you will need to have a 12V regulator on there, these are about £30 and will give a constant 12V, the leisure battery can go up over 13V which will not do the internals of the TV any good, so before you connect to the 12V ensure you have a constant 12V.
For the TV we have, I simply cut the cable that had the transformed on (unit stays permanently in the MH so no need to ever run on 240V), added a regulator and then a 12V plug (cigarette sockets I find are no good as there is no way of securing the connection). There is no point in running an LCD TV via an inverter as all you are doing is converting 12V DV to 240VDC then back down to 12V again.
