Does anyone have one of these tents? Im considering getting one. Last year we bought a gelert cadiz7 but being novices I thought a tent was a tent how wrong was I !! The gelert groundsheet wasnt that great and it let in loads of draughts with it not being sewn in. So before I make another tent mistake I was wondering if any one had one of these and if they were any good, all help appreciated, Thanks

I've got the modulus x4. It's a very good tent. The only reason we don't use it more is that we tend to tour a lot so we've moved to popups just to save time.
We hauled the coleman round the Alps last summer. It was very light inside (good in the daytime, not so good in the early morning) and quite roomy. Lots of headroom in the central area.
Lots of vents to keep you cool if needed but the groundsheet was very robust and didn't come across any leaks etc.
Really can't think of anything bad to say about it apart from the instructions which were rubbish. But it wasn't too hard to figure out without the instructions.
I like them. I'm not a tenting expert but they felt really well made to me. They also had a really high waterproof level.
Oh yes - one downside, not sure if it's about what you'd expect, but the X4 weighed in at 56kg which is another reason we're now taking popups as the tents go on the roof of the Land Rover and lifting that weight up and down every few days was a real pain! But it may well be that that's the expected weight for a tent of this size.
