I was also after one of these and I searched all of the net, I saw the above post for it at 29.99, but they were sold out when I wanted one so I bought ours at Campingshopdirect for the same price if you need to go elsewhere, it was the best price I could find at the time. Sorry I don't know how to put the links on, I'm rubbish at computers, but I'm sure you can find it from the name.
I also read that this is supposed to give out good heat and is relitively quiet, but yet to see - when it arrives.
We boughts ours in store at Go Oudoors... But that was last year... don't know if they still have them in...
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I love this heater! I'm one of those people that gets cold easily... and it's nice if you're sitting in the tent in the evening as the heat gets shared as it rotates...
Thanks for the advice, the link at the top is only available in early May, very much like all the other suppliers are saying. The cheapest i've found is £19.99 on Simpers.co.uk but they have sold out aswell, unfortunately i need one for next weekend when we are camping next.
Also because it's got a thermostat function, when it's cold at night we have it in the living area aimed at the sleeping pods, so if it gets below a certain temperature in the middle of the night, it will blow warm air at us.
Ah, cheers for that, i wondered why it was a lot cheaper than everywhere else, you can tell its a popular heater when even Amazon have sold out, they usually have everything !!!
I got mine back in December in readiness for a camping trip we took in April 2009. It was the first time we had camped with EHU and I have to say this heater (and the carpet) made a huge difference. We were lovely and toastie in our tent.

Ok if someone has one of these can they confirm what the actual wattage is please?
It appears that 2 different ones are being sold, 750/1500w and 400/800w. On the Outwell official website it says that the wattage is 400/800 and there is no mention of the more powerful one.
We are collecting ours from World of Camping on Monday. They had a new delivery last Friday afternoon. Their website says it is 750/1500w. They are a bit more expensive than we've seen elsewhere, but they do have a price match policy. We live near their warehouse so don't have to worry about postage costs, which makes it about the same as getting elsewhere with postage! I know they only ordered 4 in and we are having 1 so you may need to be quick!
