Hi all, I think this is what we want this year. We have a small table top gas bbq/griddle at the moment but the cooking area is not that huge with 5 of us!
Would appreciate your comments, good and bad.
In the meantime I am keeping a look out for a vgc 2nd hand one if anyone knows of one going.
Great piece of kit. Very versatile and w use it all the time for cooking even though we have nowmoved over to caravanning instead of tenting. Easily cook a breakfast for 4 on the griddle pan . Have recently found the recipe book and we are going to have a go at some of the more challenging meals.

I've longed for one of these, just bought one and yep, they're great (using it in the garden too), though yet to try more adventurous meals! But everyone's talking about the Cobb...
forget the cobb! I have a Cadac would not be without it, I even use it at home when cooking curries and stir fries, keeps the smell outside! I have roasted chickens, cooked paella for 9 adults and whilst touring last year used it everyday for 6 weeks the bag zip did break and a handle from the paella pan too but on writing to cadac to find a new one they sent us replacements so good afterservice too.
Would recommend gtting the paella pan too although this extra piece is expensive it is in my opinion the best piece of the whole kit as it acts not only as a Paella pan but is great fror casseroles roasting and most of all the biggest frying pan you have ever seen, and everyone gets to eat at the same time instead of waiting turn by turn, therefore using less gas too!
Just go and get one....... and soon!
