We got ourselves one of these and have used it twice now, wonderful little item. The only thing you have to be careful with is that you put it on as level ground as possible due to the tray having water in it.
So far cooked chicken, marinated pork and sausages, cooked them well without burning. Very easy to clean as the water collects all the fat that drips through and the top plate is none stick.
It's great for breakfasts, as you can cook the sausages and bacon on the griddled part and a couple of eggs on the smooth part at the same time. Warning, if you can't get it level, make sure the smooth part is at the top of the slope or the eggs just slide off onto the grass.
Steaks are gorgeous cooked on the PG. I think it's to do with the slots in the griddle, the fat hits the burner and produces a bit of smoke giving a lovely BBQ flavour.
