As the owner of three Outwell tents, their obstinacy in insisting you contact the dealer is annoying to say the least. I contacted six Outwell tents outlets, none of whom knew a open (i.e. customer contact) link and could not supply me with information when my son's Jersey S tent poles were broken 3 years back. It was the CCC who gave me the oase contact.
Once contact established, the gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and the situation resolved very quickly. Unfortunately, as computer has died since, lost the link. I was communicating with someone in the UK, not the weblink above.
The quality of Outwell is generally very, very good, but they are let down by their dealership who clearly don't know/don't care about customer service arrangements and the lack of direct contact for help. Outwell need to kick themselves up several gears in terms of customer care. Their customers should not have to spend hours researching and relying on these forums to get answers from a manufacturer.
The irony is that I want to ask them why they stopped making the Norfolk Lake, and to suggest that there would definitely be a demand if they were to start making them again!
It might explain why they stopped making them, if they have absolutely no interest in customer feedback...
I too managed to contact someone at Outwell a few years back using an email address posted on here. I found them very helpful and they didn't seem to mind direct contact with the customer at all! Although I fully understand that when you buy an Outwell product (or anything else!), that the contract is with the shop you bought it from, but you would think a large company like Oase would provide some sort of contact method for their customers to offer feedback? Pick up any item on a supermarket shelf and on the back they are positively encouraging you to get in touch!
Anyway, Mark Jennings was the contact I used (no guarantee it still works!)

It does seem a bit strange that they retired the Norfolk Lake for 2010 as there was no new model to replace it! I could understand it next year with models like the Montana Lake and Clear Lake being released!
