I've got Thule bars (£95) and a bag (£40 off eBay) which has no manufacturer name on it (big, brown thing, if you look for it on eBay).
The bag is 380 litres which is good but could do with more (as always!). However, it worked really well - good, thick material and although it didn't rain for us, it looks like it will be perfectly waterproof (good protection around the zip - no chance of water getting in there).
I decided against the Handirack only because I could foresee needing more space and, with the Thule bars, I can upgrade to a bigger, solid box at a later date.
The bars are great - take 2 minutes to take off and about 10 minutes to put back on (only because you need to measure and make sure they are level on both sides).
